- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆04.01.2018Paul HawesHave a problem with a Zinc roof. I paid £30,000. There is several problems with the roof and Shaun will not fix saying he just fits the roof to VM Zinc spec. He does not fix other issues such as cladding coming away. He did not stop water from dorma making a noise which was discussed in emails before the job was given to him. His response was its not on the quote. He now is not returning calls to com and fix the problems. I think he hopes it will just go away.
DO NOT USE SHAUN unless you dont want any service after paying him lots of money.
